Another Year Older

Yesterday i turned another year older. And looking back despite the obstacles that i faced, lessons have been learned. I have learned that i too am strong and i can fight back when the need arises. I have learned how people try to act tough even though they really aren't but all you can do is to give your support and love. I have learned that no matter how tiring or stressful a day can be, all you need is a hug and all will be better. I have learned that no matter how you wish for one thing, you should just accept that there are some things just not meant for you. I have learned that real friends will always be there for you. I have learned that love is never a perfect thing nor should it be. I have learned that it will always be the simple things that will make me happy. I have learned that money will never be the most important thing in this world. I have learned that failure should only push me to strive and work harder. I have learned that i have wonderful people around me. I have learned even more about the importance of love, friendship and understanding. But most importantly i have learned the value of prayer and faith.

I feel so blessed. And there are so many things that i am grateful for. I am truly thankful for:

2. being able to travel
3. being able to pursue my dream of studying fashion
4. being able to nurture my love for photography
5. my wonderful, loving and true friends
6. stronger friendships
7. barkadas
8. my business with lhb
9. my new business with AR
10. new slippers :P
11. new jeans :P
12. getting to know my cousins better
13. my wonderful and most treasured room which i will surely miss once i move out
14. new opportunities
15. important moments in the lives of my friends that i got to witness
16. excellent food!

To the people who have made the past year so special, i thank you from the bottom of my heart :)

Pride And Prejudice

I loved this movie :) The actors were great. The story in my own opinion was exciting. It made me feel for the characters. And it made me feel a range of emotions (i think it's high time that i read Jane Austen's novel; i'm sure i will love it too). I suppose it made me realize how lucky we are to be living in a world where there is equality between men and women and where most people marry for love rather than money and stature.
